PPSC Vacancy Details:
Total Number of Vacancies: 02
Name of the Post: Assistant Town Planner
Age Limit: Candidate age should not be below 18 years and above 37 years as on 01-01-2012. (Age relaxations will be extended as per rules).
Educational Qualification: Candidate must possess Post Graduate Degree or Diploma in City and Regional Planning or its equivalent or Degree in B. Tech (in Planning) from a recognized University or Institute and Punjabi of Matric or its equivalent Standard.
Selection Procedure: Candidates will be selected on the basis performance in Interview.
Application Fee Details: To obtain the Application Form candidates can pay in cash of Rs. 25/- at the counter or to obtain by post, Rs. 75/- draft must be drawn. The Application Fee would be Rs. 200/- (Rs. 50/- for SC/ST/OBC candidates of Punjab) which must be paid in form of Bank Draft drawn in favour of the Secretary, Punjab Public Service Commission, and payable at Patiala. Ex-servicemen of Punjab are exempted from payment of fee.
How to Apply: Candidates may download application form from the website www.ppsc.gov.in or obtain the Application Form from the office of Punjab Public Service Commission, Baradari Gardens, Patiala, fill it with all mandatory details, attach photograph, super scribe the name of the post to be applied for on the envelope and send it along with payment receipt, two self addressed envelopes with stamps worth Rs. 30/- and copies of all relevant certificates, to the following address, Secretary, Punjab Public Service Commission, Baradari Gardens, Patiala-147001 on or before 20-09-2012.
