Age Limit: Candidates age should be below 35 years for Assistant Professors and below 30 years for Assistant Professor (Contract Basis) as on 01-07-2012.
Educational Qualification: Candidates must possess Ph.D in Engineering with First class in B.E/B.Tech & Masters Degree in appropriate branch of Engineering /Technology for Assistant Professor Post and M.E/M.Tech with first class in appropriate branch for Assistant Professor (Contract Basis) Post.
Selection Process: Selection is made on the basis of performance in Written Test/Presentation/Personal Interview.
How to Apply: Candidates need to download application form from the website www.svnit.ac.in. Fill all the details in application form send it along with copies of necessary documents to Registrar, S. V. National Institute of Technology, Ichchhanath, Surat – 395 007, Gujarat, India so as to reach on or before 22-10-2012 by 3.00 PM.
