Age Limit: Candidate should have not exceeding 45 years for Lecturer in Ophthalmology Post and not exceeding 40 years for remaining posts.
Educational Qualification: Candidates must possess a recognized Medical Qualification/ Master’s  Degree in relevant specialty and Ph.D in concerned subject and further  details, refer to the notification.
Application Form:  Candidates can obtain application format at Casa J.D. Fernandes  Stationery Supplier, Printers & Book Binders, Opposite Municipal  Garden, Panaji at Rs. 20 /- per set, application may also download from  GPSC webiste.
Application Fee:  Candidates must pay fee of Rs. 200/- in form of Indian Postal or Demand  Draft payable to Goa PSC. SC/ST/EXSM/OBC/PWD candidates would require to  pay fee of Rs. 100/-.
Selection: Selection can be done on the basis of performance in interview.
How to Apply: Candidates may apply through prescribed application form,  fill it with all mandatory details, attach photograph, attest  signature, super scribe the name of the post to be applied for, Advt  no., year, serial no and the source of Advt, on the envelope and send it  along with DD and copies of all relevant certificates, to the following  address, The Secretary, Goa Public Service Commission, EDC House, ‘C’  Block,  Dr. Dada Vaidya Road, Panaji, Goa, 403001 on or before  01-11-2012 through Speed/Registered Post or by hand.
Last Date for Receipt of Application: 01-11-2012.
