Deputy General Manager</strong><br /><strong>2. Assistant General Manager</strong><br /> <br /><strong>Age Limit: </strong>Candidates’ age must be below 44 years for DGM posts and below 41 years for AGM post. Cutoff date for determining age limit would be 28-08-2012. (Age relaxation will be extended as per Govt rules).<br /> <br /><strong>Educational Qualification:</strong> Candidates must possess CA/ICWA/MBA Finance from any recognized Institution.<br /> <br /><strong>Application Fee Details: </strong>Candidates need to pay application fee of Rs. 100/- in form of Challan which can be downloaded from the website which must be paid only in SBI in the BEML Account no. 31006750220. SC/ST/PWD candidates are exempted from payment of fee.<br /> <br /><strong>Selection Process: </strong>Eligible candidates will be selected on the basis of their performances in Test and Interview.<br /> <br /><strong>How to Apply:</strong> Candidates need to apply for desired post through online mode on or before 28-08-2012. Detailed information regarding this job vacancy is as mentioned below –<br /><a name="more"></a><br /> <br /><strong>Sr. NO. 01  Name of Designation –  Security Guard / Fire Service Personnel.</strong><br /> <br /><strong>Essential Educational Qualification</strong> –  Candidate must be Tenth Class passed or equivalent standard as per rules and regulations of India in case of Defence forces. Candidate should have at least 02 years working experience  as a security duties in any  one of Defence forces ( Air force, Navy or Army) , Home ministry related organisation like IB, CBI, RAW, State police as for General Duty, Armed Reserves, CID etc or Central paramilitary forces as for CRPF, CISF, BSF etc.<br /> <br />Candidates having skills like  Graduation in Kung Fu or any other martial  Arts, Black Belt in Karate, Fire fighting Devices / fire Services experience  and having Driving License will get preference in above positions.<br /> <br /><strong>Physical Qualification</strong> – Candidate should have very good health and physical appearance. Candidate should be rated as “AYE” Medical Category.<br /> <br /><strong>Limitation of Age -</strong> Candidate should be 20 to 45 years of Age as reckoned on 28 December, 2011.<br /> <br /><strong>Relaxation in Age Limit</strong> – Relaxation in Age Limit will be given to SC/ST/OBC (Non – creamy Layer) will be given as per rules and regulations of Govt. of India.
