Age Limit: Candidate age must be below 35 years as on 24-09-2012. (Relaxation for SC/ST/OBC/ PH/ Ex-Serviceman as per rules).
Educational Qualification: Candidate must possess MBBS and PG Degree or Diploma in concerned speciality from recognized university.
Application Fee Details: Applicants need to pay Rs. 250/- in favour of “ESI Fund Account No. 1” and payable at “Indore”. No fee for SC/ST/PWD/Ex Servicemen and Women candidates.
Selection Process: Candidates will be selected on the basis of Personal Interview.
How to Apply: Candidates need to download application format available in the website, fill it with all mandatory details, attach photograph, attest signature, super scribe the name of the post to be applied for on the envelope and send it along with payment receipt and copies of all relevant certificates to the following address “Employees’ State Insurance Corporation, Model Hospital and Occupational Disease Centre, Nanda Nagar, Indore – 452011″ on or before 24-09-2012.
