RRC South Eastern Railway – 2461 Group D Posts 2012: Railway Recruitment Cell (RRC) South Eastern Railway, Kolkata has issued notification for recruitment of 2461 Group D Vacancies. RRC SER Vacancy Details:
Total No of Vacancies: 2461
Names of Posts:
1. Track Man: 313 posts
2. Points Man-B: 661 posts
3. Helper-II: 1481 posts
4. Station Peon/Peon: 6 posts

Age Limit: Candidates’ age must not be less than 18 years and must not be more than 33 years. Cutoff date for determining age limit would be 01-01-2013. (Age relaxations will be extended as per Govt. rules).

Educational Qualification: Candidates must be pass outs in 10th standard or must possess ITI or equivalent qualification from recognized university/board.

Application Fee Details: Unreserved and OBC applicants need to pay application fee of Rs. 40/- in form of Demand Draft from any Nationalized Bank, or crossed Indian Postal Order from any Post Office drawn in favour of ““FA&CAO, South Eastern Railway, 11 Garden Reach Road , Kolkata-700043  payable at “Kolkata”. SC / ST / EXSM / PWD / Women / Minority candidates / Economically Backward Classes are exempted from payment of fee.

Selection Process: Eligible candidates will be selected on the basis of performance in Written Test and Physical Efficiency Test (PET), Document Verification and Medical Examination.
