Age Limit: Candidate should have not exceeding 37 years for Staff Nurse Post, 18-27 years for Nursing Orderly & Dresser posts, 27 years for Plaster Technician post and not exceeding 32 years for reaming posts as on 21-12-2012. ((Age relaxations will be extended as per Govt. rules).
Educational Qualification: Candidate must possess Matriculation/ 10+2/ Equivalent/ Degree/ Diploma in relevant fields.
Application Fee: Candidates need to pay Rs.125/- (No fee for SC/ ST/ PWD/ ESIC Employees, Female Candidates & Ex-servicemen) for all other categories. Remit the requisite fee along with system generated Challan in Punjab National Bank at any Branch on or before 24-12-2012.
Selection Process: Selection will be done on the basis of performance in written test and interview for Plaster Technician post and written test only for all remaining posts.
How to Apply: Eligible candidates may apply through online from www.dmd-delhi.org website on or before 21-12-2012, after completion of online apply, take print out of the application form, with duly supported with clear / legible attested copies of the relevant certificates and marks statements (in English or Hindi) along with Bank Challan should be sent by Registered post / Speed post or by hand to the Joint Director (Admn.), Employees State Insurance Corporation, Directorate (Medical) Delhi, ESI Scheme: Dispensary Complex, Tilak Vihar, (Tilak Nagar): New Delhi-110018 on or before 30-12-2012.

1. Candidate have to visit ESIC website www.esic.nic.in/recruitment.php, and www.dmd-delhi.org for filling the Online Application Registration.
2. Candidates are advised to read the instruction carefully “Guidelines to Candidates Option” given on ESIC website.
3. Fill the application carefully and submit the online application.
4. Before applying online a candidate will be required to have s scanned (digital) image of his/ her photograph and signature.
5. Upload scanned Photograph, Signature and Thumb impression.
6. When the application is successfully submitted, a registration number will be generated by the system and displayed on the screen.
7. Candidates should print / note down the registration number for further reference.
8. Candidate will receive registration confirmation by E-MAIL after submitting the online application.
9. Candidates are advised to print the bank challan from website and submit the fee at any Punjab National Bank Branch and fill necessary details in system generated application form as per given space in bank details column.
10. And send system generated application form with necessary documents to the above mentioned address.
