Age Limit: Candidates age must be 18 to 40 years as on 31-12-2012 and relaxations will be as per the rules.
Educational Qualifications: candidate must possess Matriculation or Equivalent from recognized institute/board with Hindi/Sanskrit as a compulsory subject & certificate in General Nursing & Midwifery from a recognized institution or equivalent qualification from an institution recognized by the Indian Nursing Council or any recognized higher qualification (B.Sc/M.Sc.Nursing), and should be Registered-A grade nurse and midwife with Haryana Nurses Registration Council.
Application Form: Prescribed form obtainable from the HDFC Bank, opp. Celebration Banquet Hall Rohtak on cash payment of Rs.400/-for General Category and Rs.200/- for Reserved category candidates or by crossed Indian Postal Order/Demand Draft in favour of Controller of Finance, Pt. B. D. Sharma University of Health Sciences, Rohtak or it can be downloaded from the website www.uhsr.ac.in and www.pgimsrohtak.nic.in. If the form is required by post, a self addressed envelope duly affixed with postal stamps of Rs.40/- may be sent along with request & above said fees.
Application Fee: Demand Draft/Indian Postal Order of Rs.400/- for General category candidates and Rs.200/- for reserved category candidates drawn in favour of Controller of Finance, Pt.B.D.Sharma University of Health Sciences, Rohtak.
Selection Process: If applications are received in large number, Institute will conduct a screening test and the candidates may be short listed for Interview.
How to Apply: candidates are requested to apply in a prescribed format as shown in the website, fill the application with all mandatory details, affix 2 latest photos duly attested, attest signature and enclose all documentary proofs supporting to age, qualifications and certificate of blood donated (if having), DD/Indian Postal Order and a self addressed envelope duly affixed with postal stamps of Rs.40/- sent to the Office of the Superintendent, A-Block (Room No.8) PGIMS, Rohtak by 31-12-2012.
