An Adobe Livecycle e-forms developer is required  to assist in analysing, designing and developing electronic forms  solutions for the internet/intranet for the department. The work  includes new forms development, enhancements to existing forms as well  as maintaining the current printing and e-forms systems including:<br />
• Analysis of business requirements; <br />
• Meeting with clients to finalize requirements;<br />
• Defining e-forms technical solutions/options;<br />
• Documenting & presenting solutions/options to clients;<br />
• Providing estimates (effort and time);  <br />
• Application development;<br />
• Ensuring e-form solutions are accessible; <br />
• Client/end-user support;<br />
• Implementation of e-forms solution (intranet/internet);<br />
• Writing detailed and technical printing specifications for the procurement of all forms in the Department; and<br />
• Technical documentation of a form including code, design, fields, process.<br />

<b>Mandatory Qualifications:</b><br />
• 5 years experience as an E-forms Developer.<br />
• 3 years experience using Adobe LiveCycle ES Designer.<br />
• Experience  in analysing, designing and developing electronic forms solutions for  the internet/intranet including new forms development and enhancements  to existing forms.<br />
• Experience writing technical documentation as it pertains to E-Forms solutions.<br />

There are backlog titles that need to be reviewed and validated for the ePub format and on the online library. The task of a PE will mainly be on working with the backlog titles and will include:</span></div>

<li>ePub download and review - the ePub will have to be downloaded from the path specified in the browser and reviewed in the Adobe Digital edition. The review would include checking that the cover image is present in the ePub, TOC links are working fine, page display looks fine, there are no missing images, etc.</li>
<li>ePub validation - validating the ePub files with an online ePub checker tool and fixing any issues if any in the XML files. This would also include noting such errors and informing the team leader about them.</li>
<li>ePub upload – if there are any errors identified while review or validation, the ePub will have to be generated again after correcting them and repeating all of the processes mentioned above. After which, the final ePub will have to be uploaded on the FTP.</li>
