Job Description:
An Adobe Livecycle e-forms developer is required to assist in analysing, designing and developing electronic forms solutions for the internet/intranet for the department. The work includes new forms development, enhancements to existing forms as well as maintaining the current printing and e-forms systems including:
• Analysis of business requirements;
• Meeting with clients to finalize requirements;
• Defining e-forms technical solutions/options;
• Documenting & presenting solutions/options to clients;
• Providing estimates (effort and time);
• Application development;
• Ensuring e-form solutions are accessible;
• Client/end-user support;
• Implementation of e-forms solution (intranet/internet);
• Writing detailed and technical printing specifications for the procurement of all forms in the Department; and
• Technical documentation of a form including code, design, fields, process.
Mandatory Qualifications:
• 5 years experience as an E-forms Developer.
• 3 years experience using Adobe LiveCycle ES Designer.
• Experience in analysing, designing and developing electronic forms solutions for the internet/intranet including new forms development and enhancements to existing forms.
• Experience writing technical documentation as it pertains to E-Forms solutions.
• Secret security clearance.
