Tamil Nadu Newsprint and Paper Limited (TNPL) is looking for some well qualified professionals for appointment on the posts of Assistant General Manager, Senior Manager, Manager, Deputy Manager, Assistant Shift Engineer and Assistant Plant Engineer for Paper Mills of TNPL at Kagithapuram in Karur District, Tamilnadu. For this purpose, it invites applications from eligible candidates for recruitment on the following above said posts. 7th December 2011 is the closing date for receiving complete applications for this recruitment.

1. Assistant General Manager (Finishing House) – 01 – PB of Rs. 26000-800-34000/-
Qualification & Experience: Candidates having either BE/B.Tech. with 60% marks in Chemical Engineering / Pulp and Paper Technology / Chemical Technology or Bachelor Degree in Science plus PG Diploma in Pulp and Paper Technology. The candidates must have 25 years of post qualification experience in the operation of Paper machines of speed should be minimum 250 mpm producing printing and writing, specialty papers / multi layer board and paper converting plant of overall cutting capacity of more than 100 MT per day.
Age: Candidates age should be more than 47 years.
2. Senior Manager (Safety) – 01 – Pay Scale of Rs. 22500-700-29500/-
Qualifications with experience: Bachelor Degree in Engineering with 1st class with M.E. in Industrial Safety/ Engineering Graduate with 60% marks with PG Diploma in Industrial Safety and having at least 23 years of post qualification experience. Candidates must have knowledge of Tamil.
Minimum age limit: 45 years.
3. Manager (Forestry and Plantation) – 02 in which 01 for each – PB of Rs. 21500-600-27500/-
Qualification and Experience: Master Degree in Science in relevant discipline with 60% marks and minimum 19 years of post qualification experience in the relevant field.
Age limit: should be above than 40 years.
4. Deputy Manager (HR, Accounts) – 05 in which 01 for HR and 04 for Accounts – Pay Scale of Rs. 18000-500-23000/-
Qualification with Experience: Either Master Degree in Arts in Social Work with 1st class or MBA with 60% marks with specialization in HR or Bachelor Degree in engineering with 1st class and MBA with specialization in HR for HR department. For accounts department, candidates should be a CA / ICWA. At least 13 years of post qualification experience is essential for both.
Age limit: minimum 35 years.
5. Assistant Shift Engineer (Chemical) – 04 – Scale of Pay is Rs. 10500-250-13000/-
6. Assistant Plant Engineer (Mechanical) – 01 – Pay Scale of Rs. 10500-250-13000/-
Qualification and Experience for both posts 5 & 6 no. : B.Tech / B.E. in relevant discipline with 1st class and an aggregate marks 70%. Candidates must be secured 60% in aggregate marks in either 10+2 or SSLC and 70% in the other. Must have at least 02 years of post qualification experience in the relevant field.
Age limit: For srl. no. 5, maximum 30 years for General Turn and BC, 32 years for MBC/DNC and 35 years for SC/ST. For srl. no. 6, candidates age should be not crossed the 35 years of age limit.
