Name of Post: Operator cum Technician Trainee (S-3)
Names of Disciplines:
1.  Mechanical – 85 vacancies
2. Electrical – 115 vacancies
3. Metallurgy – 146 vacancies
4. Civil – 10 vacancies

Age Limit: Candidates’ age must be between 18 years to 28 years. Cutoff date for determining age limit would be 01-03-2012. (Age relaxations will be extended as per Govt rules).

Educational Qualification: Candidates must possess 3 years full time Diploma in Engineering from any recognized Institute in relevant discipline.

Application Fee Details: Application fee must be in form of crossed demand draft of Rs.250/- to be paid by General and OBC candidates. SC/ST/PWD candidates to pay only Rs.50/- drawn in favour of the SAIL – Bokaro Steel Plant payable at Bokaro Steel City.

Selection Procedure: Selections of eligible candidates will be made on the basis of candidates’ performance in Written Test and Interview.

How to Apply: Candidates must apply for the posts through prescribed application format available along with the notification. Fill the application neatly, attach photograph and attest signature. Send it along with copies of all relevant testimonials and Crossed DD in an envelope super scribing the name of post to be applied for, through only ordinary post, to the following address, PO Box No. 03 Head Post Office Bokaro Steel City – 827 001, Jharkhand, India on or before 22-05-2012.
