Names of Posts:
1. Operator cum Technician – 04 vacancies
2. Operator cum Technician Trainee – 08 vacancies
3. Attendant cum Technician Trainee – 10 vacancies
Age Limit: The upper age limit for the candidates applying for the post of OCT would be 30 years and for those applying for remaining two posts would be 28 years as on 01-04-2012. (Age relaxations extended would be as per Govt. rules).
Educational Qualification: Candidates are asked to go through the notification for details of discipline wise required educational qualification.
Application Fee Details: Candidates must pay Rs. 250/- for OCT post and Rs. 150/- for ACT posts towards application fee in form of Account Payee Demand Draft drawn in favour of SAIL A/C ASP, payable at Durgapur. SC/ST/PWD candidates need to pay Rs. 50/- for either of the posts.
Selection Procedure: Candidates for the posts vacant will be selected based on performances in Written Test and Interview taken together.
How to Apply: Candidates must apply for the desired post through prescribed application format available along with the notification. Fill the application neatly, attach photograph and attest signature. Send it along with copies of all relevant testimonials the list of which has been given in the notification and DD through post to the following address, The Advertiser, Post Bag No. 99, GPO, Kolkata – 700 001, West Bengal, on or before 04-06-2012.
