PGIMER 77 Faculty Vacancies Recruitment 2012 : Post Graduate Institute of Medical Education & Research (PGIMER) has issued notification against recruitment of 77 Professor, Associate Professor and Assistant Professor Vacancies. Eligible candidates may apply online mode on or before 21-08-2012. PGIMER Recruitment Vacancy Details:
Total Number of Vacancies: 77
Names of Posts:
1. Professor: 21 posts
2. Associate Professor: 02 posts
3. Assistant Professor: 54 posts

Age Limit: Candidate age must be below 50 years as on 23-08-2012. (Age relaxations will be extended as per Govt. rules).

Educational Qualification: A postgraduate qualification of an Indian University or equivalent degree recognized as such by the Medical Council of India.

Application Fee Details: SC/ST candidates need to pay Rs. 250/- towards application fee and all other candidates need to pay Rs. 500/-. Fee must be paid at Branch of State Bank of India with the fee Payment Challan duly filled in and pay the prescribed Application Fee in the “Power Jyoti” PUL  current account of PGIMER. The account No. of PGIMER for recruitment is 32211613319.

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected on the basis of performance in Interview.

How to Apply: Candidates need to apply online for the desired post on or before 02-07-2012. After submission of online application candidates need to pay application fee. After fee payment the candidate should submit the offline application and send application along with copies of certificates duly attested by the Gazetted Officer in support of educational qualification(s), experience, age/date of birth certificate, caste certificate, NOC from the present employer, if employed and one copy of challan form should be sent through registered post or Speed Post only to the Assistant Administrative Officer (Recruitment Cell), PGIMER,  Sector-12, Chandigarh 160 012 on or before 23-08-2012.

Instructions for Online Application:
1. Log on to www.pgimer.nic.in and select the ‘Vacancies’ link to start the application process.
2. The candidates will first fill Advt. No, Post Code Number, category and date of birth on the website and then take a printout of the application form and challan.
3. Candidate should deposit the application fee through challan form (Triplicate) in any branch of SBI.
4. After fee payment the candidate should submit the offline application and take print out of application.
5. The application along with copies of certificates duly attested by the Gazetted Officer and one copy of challan form should be sent to the above mentioned addressed on or before 23-08-2012.
