ESIC J&K Recruitment 2012 – Apply Online for 65 Nursing/Paramedical Staff Posts: Employees State Insurance Corporation (ESIC), Jammu and Kashmir has issued notification for the recruitment of 65 Nursing / Paramedical Staff for Jammu and Kashmir. Eligible candidates may apply through online from 27-11-2012 to 17-12-2012. 1. Staff Nurse: 21 posts
2. Lab Technician: 01 post
3. Lab Assistant: 02 posts
4. Pharmacist (Allopathic): 10 posts
5. Pharmacist (Ayurvedic): 01 post
6. Radiographer: 01 post
7. Junior Radiographer: 02 posts
8. Cook: 04 posts
9. Dresser: 05 posts
10. Auxillary Nurse Midwife: 09 posts
11. O.T. Assistant: 01 post
12.  Nursing Orderly: 08 posts

Age Limit: Candidate age must be below 37 years for Staff Nurse post, below 27 years for Cook post, between 18 to 27 years for Jr Radiographer, Dresser, Nursing Orderly posts and below 32 years for all remaining posts. (Age relaxations will be extended as per rules). The crucial date for determining the age limit shall be the closing date of online applications for all candidates.

Educational Qualification: Candidate must possess Diploma in General Nursing and Midwife or equivalent qualification for male nurse, Registered nurse with Nursing Council for Staff Nurse post, Senior Secondary/10+2 or equivalent qualification with Diploma in MLT from an Institute recognized by the AICTE for Lab Asst post, Degree in Pharmacy/Senior Secondary with Diploma in Pharmacy from a recognized Institution and qualified & registered as Pharmacist under Pharmacy Act, 1948 for Pharmacist (Allopathic) post and for remaining posts candidate should refer to the notification.

Application Fee Details: SC/ST/PWD/Female/Ex-Servicemen/Departmental Candidates are exempted from fee. For all other (Grade Pay 1800 to 2000) candidates application fee is Rs.125/- and (Grade Pay 2001/- & above) Rs.225/- paid through Challan in any branch of Punjab National Bank. Candidates can download Challan from ESIC website. No Fee is required to be paid by Female/SC/ST/Ex. SM/PWD /ESIC employee /Govt. Employee candidates.

Selection Procedure: Candidates will be selected on the basis of Written Test & Interview for Lab Technician post and only Written Test for all remaining posts.

How to Apply: Eligible candidates may apply online through www.esicmhbb.org.in website before 17-12-2012. Take print out of Online Application and send along with required documents to the Medical Superintendent, ESIC Model Hospital, Lane No.2, SIDCO Industrial Complex, Bari Brahmana, Jammu (J&K)-181133 by Speed post/ Registered post on or before 24-12-2012 upto 04.00 PM.

Instructions for Online Application:
1. Before Online Apply, candidates must scan their photograph, signature and Thumb Impression Image as per instructions.
2. Candidates have to visit ESIC website www.esicmhbb.org for filling the Online Application Form.
3. Fill the application carefully and enter challan details in appropriate place and submit the application.
4. Candidates should note down the registration number and password for further reference.
5. The challan received from the bank will have to be sent along with the hard copy of the application form and relevant documents to the address mentioned above on or before 24-12-2012 upto 04.00 PM
