Various Posts at Narmada Control Authority

With reference to the vacancy circular of NCA published in the Employment News issue dated 24 - 30 September 2011, to fill up the vacancy on short term contract basis details regarding eligibility criteria, experience, emoluments, age limit etc. for the posts are as under:

Junior Engineer (Civil/Electrical)

Qualification:

A Degree or Equivalent in Civil Engineering from a recognized University/Institution with 60% marks (50% for SC candidate)

A Degree or equivalent in Electrical/Electronics Engineering from a recognized University/Institution with 60% marks (50% for ST candidate)

Technician (MCC)

Qualification: 10th Standard pass or equivalent with ITI certificate in Electrical/Electronics/ instrumentation/Automobile or equivalent trade from a recognized university/ institute and working experience of two years with a reputed firm/ organization in maintenance of microprocessor based electronic/ communication/ Mechanical equipment.

Technical Helper (EMC)

Qualification:

• 10th Standard Pass or Equivalent.
• Work Experience of Two Years with a reputed electrical firm/ organization.

Stenographer Grade-D

Qualification:

• 12th Class Pass or Equivalent From a recognized board or university
• Speed of 80/40 words per minutes in English shorthand typing respectively

Selection Process

Selection shall be based on the performance of the candidates in the written test as well as in the interview. Merely fulfilling the prescribed qualification will not entail a candidate for calling for written test & or interview. Persons selected will have to enter in to an agreement containing detailed terms & conditions of their appointment in the prescribed Performa.

Applications received after due date or otherwise incomplete shall not be considered. Candidates called for written test/interview shall not be entitled for any TA/DA.
