Age Limit: Candidate age must be below 65 years for Eye Surgeon, PMOA posts, 60 years for Budget & Finance Officer post and 40 years for remaining posts. Cutoff date for determining age limit would be 30-09-2012.
Educational Qualification: Candidate must possess two years Diploma course in Optometry or trained as ophthalmic assistant in any of the recognized Government Hospital as per guideline of NPCB for PMOA post, Graduate with minimum 1 years experience in administration or trained stenographer for Administrative Assistant and for remaining posts candidate should refer to the notification.
Application Fee Details: General candidates need to pay application fee of Rs. 500/- whereas candidates belonging to SC/ST categories need to pay application fee of Rs. 200 and BC/EBC candidates need to pay RS. 300/-. Fee must be paid in the form of Bank Draft drawn on any nationalized bank and payable at Patna favoring “State Health Society, Bihar”.
Selection Procedure: Candidates will be selected on the basis of Interview.
How to Apply: Candidates need to download application format available in the website, fill it with all mandatory details, attach photograph, attest signature, super scribe the name of the post to be applied for on the envelope and send it along with payment receipt and copies of all relevant certificates, to the following address, “To the Executive Director, State Health Society, Bihar, Pariwar Kalyan Bhawan, Sheikhpura, Patna-800014 on or before 27-11-2012 by speed/registered post.
