Age Limit: Candidate age must be below 40 years as on 01-01-2012.
Educational Qualification: Candidate must possess Graduation with Computer Knowledge for Programme Asst post and H.S Passed for remaining posts.
Selection Procedure: Candidates will be selected on the basis of Interview/Computer Knowledge Test.
How to Apply: Candidates need to download application format available in the notification, fill it with all mandatory details, attach photograph, attest signature, super scribe the name of the post to be applied for on the envelope and send it along with copies of all relevant certificates to the following address “Office of the Chief Medical Officer of Health, Shyam Sayer East, Burdwan-01″ on or before 30-11-2012.
