Job Description:

• Making outbound/inbound calls for resolving queries/verification/sales
• Solving customer queries.
• Acting as a primary interface for all customer service enquiries.
• Good Communication skills
• Handling inquiries and reporting to Concerned Authorities.
• Updating customers with the latest information on a product or a service and assisting them with their queries

* FOR DOMESTIC WE HAVE FIXED DAY SHIFT
*Salary max upto 8k CTC + loyalty bonus
*Fixed day shift & sunday fixed off.

For face to face round kindly walk in between 10 am to 5 pm between Monday to Saturday.
