Responsibilities:
• To develop and execute effective test cases
• To be able to take care of testing of medium complexity areas without supervision & with minimum guidance
• To liaise with team members to ensure that test cases correspond to the design/ functional requirement accurately and meet the customer requirement
• To understand customer business well to build strong test-suite
• To accurately record and review defects and provide relevant information as & when necessary

• Test planning/tracking/monitoring & control, including development of testing goals and trategy
• Identifying, documenting and managing Risks associated with software testing
• Representative of the testing team and owner of Testing project
• Acquisition of hardware and software for test environment
• Test-process definition and continual improvement

• Ensuring Testing Process is followed and suggests improvements
• Analysis of Test results
• Involved in Test planning, estimation, Work allocation and progress status reporting to Test
Manager/Project Manager
• To understand customer business well to build strong test-suite
