Age limit: Candidates should have an age between 18-23 years as on 01-08-2011
Application fee: Eligible candidates have to pay 50/- as application fee in form of Indian Postal Order / demand draft in favour of Deputy Inspector General of Police, payable/encashable at Post office/Bank where application receiving centre is located. No fee for SC/ST/female candidates
Selection procedure: Candidates are selected on the basis of Physical Efficiency Test, Written Test, Trade Test, Medical Examination & interview
