Job Details (Skills):
Responsibilities include:
Planning
- Collaborate with the PM/Dev/Test team counterparts to provide product knowledge and support
- Review the core team documentation (feature specs, design docs, test plans, release schedules) for each release
- Estimate, plan, and prepare resource needs for each release
- Create product test plans and test cases
- Create test automation and analyze test issues

Execution
- Drive each test pass and execute test cases
- Drive and coordinate partner integration and E2E scenarios
- Investigate, review, triage, and prioritize product/feature bugs
- Drive bug fixes with core developers, and validate/regress bugs related to your features

Post-Release
- Will be point of contact for QA sign off for features tested by you
- Support product and feature teams for QFE/hotfix testing
- Conduct bug analysis for each product, report findings, and recommend suggestions

Qualified candidates must have the following skills:
- Masters/Bachelors in Computer Science or Information Management is required
- Candidates with Bachelors need 2+ year of experience working with coding, testing and problem solving
- Excellent communication skills and cross-group collaboration skills.
- Able to work independently or with a team, with minimal supervision
- Self-motivated and proven ability to deal with ambiguity and rapid change.
- Experience with developing and implementing test tools and automation is plus
- Experience with UI testing and automation is a plus.
