The CBSE will be conducting WALK IN INTERVIEWS for the following posts to be filled on short-term contract for period of six months which may be extended by another six months on the basis of satisfactory performance. These Posts are purely temporary. The venue for the Interview will be: Shiksha Sadan, 17, Rouse Avenue, New Delhi – 110 002.

Programme Assistant (IT)

Salary: Rs.15,000.00/-

Age Limit: 45 Years

Qualification:

• The incumbent should possess BCA degree or BSc. (Comp./I.T.) with at least second division with proficiency in the following areas of work:. Preference will be given to the incumbent who have worked in Educational/government Organisations. The incumbent should have knowledge of:
• Complete MS Office package: word, excel, power-point, Outlook+ Business Contact Manager, Accounting Express, Publisher, Access, InfoPath, Groove, One Note, Communicator, Enterprise Content Manager, Electronic Forms.
• Programming skills in FoxPro, dot net, COBOL, Fortron etc.
• Provide consistent and reliable office automation including LAN and database management services to all networked employees.
• Computer file and database management, and computer processing services.
• Provide backup and recovery services during hardware/software failures.

Assistant (Multi Task)

Salary: Rs.15,000.00/-

Age Limit: 45 Years

Qualification:

• Typing
• Operating computer in MS Office: Word, Excel and Power Point,
• Maintenance of Files
• Noting-drafting.
• Good communication skill,
• Ability to handle official telephone calls and knowledge of office automation
• In addition, preference will be given to those having knowledge of Shorthand.

Accounts Assistant

Salary: Rs.10,000.00/-

Age Limit: 45 Years

Qualification:

The incumbent should be Commerce Graduate with proficiency in computer in MS Office: Word, Excel, and Power Point, Tally and Accounting Express. Should have basic knowledge of accounting procedures.

Computer Assistant

Salary: Rs.10,000.00/-

Age Limit: 45 Years

Qualification:

The incumbent should be a Graduate with proficiency in typing and operating the computer in MS Office: Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook + Business Contact Manager, Publisher and Access, Sending and receiving Fax, attending telephone calls.

The walk in interviews will be held from 7th to 9th October 2011 for candidates who have registered on the Board’s Website. The schedule of interview for different posts to be held from 7th to 9thOctober, 2011 shall be made available on the Board’s Website from 5.10.2011. The candidates are advised to view the website and appear for the interview accordingly. The details of Eligibility conditions, qualifications, experience etc. are available on the CBSE’s website at www.cbse.nic.in.

How to Apply

The applicants from Delhi and NCR only will be required to register on-line w.e.f. 01.10.2011 afternoon to 4.10.2011 on the web link provided on  www.cbse.nic.in. However, at the time of Interview they will be required to bring original certificates for verification and submit - detailed Curriculum Vitae with a recent attested photograph along with all relevant certificates including character certificate and residential proof duly attested by a Head of an Educational Institution (or) a Gazetted officer. No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.
